Our Policies

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional treatment with Tranquil Trails Massage, please familiarize yourself with the following policies:

Client Commitment: Please freely discuss your session goals, and inform of any accommodations you need before and during your treatment.  Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, in order for your massage therapist to provide you with the most effective care.

Confidentiality: Tranquil Trails Massage adheres to HIPAA regulations to protect your personal health information. 

Non-Discrimination: Tranquil Trails Massage is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for all clients, holding the belief that all individuals deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and will not discriminate based on client’s ethnicity, race, religion, gender-identity, sexual-orientation or economic status.   

Sexual harassment, misconduct and bullying is prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstance. 

Insurance: If you wish to submit your massage session for insurance reimbursement, your massage therapist can provide a superbill free of charge. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding a superbill.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a cancelation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.

Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged in full. 

Illness or Fever: If you are experiencing fever or symptoms of a cold or flu, please reschedule your appointment to protect the health of both you and the therapist. 

Force Majeure: In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the therapist may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

Payment Arrangements: Please contact your massage therapist directly to discuss payment arrangements in case of unforeseen circumstances. Payment arrangements and waivers will be made at the discretion of Tranquil Trails Massage.

Payment Requirement: Appointments will not be scheduled for clients with outstanding balances. Delays in payment beyond 90 days may result in legal action. Forms of payment accepted are cash, card, check and Venmo.

Therapist and Client’s Right to Refuse or End Service: You have the right to end the massage at any time for any reason. Your therapist reserves the right to refuse or end the massage service for any reason, with the exception of discrimination.
